1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Rived’s Himalayan Shilajit across India.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners or India Post, depending on the delivery location and service availability.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location.

  • Metro cities and major locations: 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • Other locations: 5–10 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, festivals, or remote area delivery limitations.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID or tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are correct when placing your order.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect or unreachable phone number

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

The package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the outer parcel appears damaged, open, or tampered with, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the parcel before opening it.

  2. If the package appears severely damaged, do not accept the delivery.

  3. Contact our support team within 24–48 hours with your order ID and photo/video proof.

We will review the issue and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping

At present, Rived’s Himalayan Shilajit is available for delivery within India only. We do not offer international shipping.
