Thank you for purchasing from Rived. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be provided for purchases of Rived’s Himalayan Shilajit.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Return or Refund on Correct Deliveries
Due to the nature of our product, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted if the correct product has been delivered in good condition.
Once the order has been successfully delivered with the correct item, quantity, and packaging, the sale is considered final.
2. Damaged Product on Delivery
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.
Examples of damage include:

Broken or cracked jar

Product leakage

Packaging severely torn or crushed affecting the product
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos or videos of:

The outer packaging

The inner packaging

The damaged product

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order ID

Your name and contact number

Photos or videos showing the damage

After verification, we will either:

Send a free replacement, or
-
Issue a refund to your original payment method (depending on stock availability and review).
Claims without sufficient photo or video proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
In such cases:

Do not open or use the product.

Share photos of:

The product received
-
The label on the jar or box
-
The outer shipping packaging with the shipping label

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Once the issue is verified, we will either:

Arrange a replacement with the correct product, or

Process a refund if replacement is not possible.
4. Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Personal dislike or preference

Product opened, used, or partially consumed

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery

Minor variations in packaging, label design, or color that do not affect product quality

Delays caused by courier or logistics partners after dispatch
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For cancellation requests before dispatch, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Approval depends on the order processing status.
